You can return products purchased from us easily and safely. Below you will find all information regarding your statutory right of withdrawal.
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 30 days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period is 30 days from the day on which you or a third party designated by you (who is not the carrier) took possession of the goods.
How to exercise your right of withdrawal

You may use the sample withdrawal form provided below, but it is not mandatory.
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient that you send your notification before the 30-day period expires.
Consequences of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract:
- We will refund all payments received from you, including standard delivery costs (excluding additional costs from choosing a more expensive delivery method), without delay and within 14 days from receiving your withdrawal notice.
- We use the same payment method that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise.
- You will not be charged any additional fees for the refund.
We may withhold the refund until:
- we receive the returned goods, or
- you provide proof that the goods have been sent back — whichever occurs first.
Returning the Goods
- You must send back the goods immediately and no later than 14 days from the day you notify us of your withdrawal.
- The deadline is met if you send the goods before the 30-day period ends.
- You bear the direct cost of returning the goods.
- Please clearly mark the parcel: "returned goods — no duties due".
- Include our VAT number: PL9970058134.
- We strongly recommend using a tracked shipping service.
Exclusion of the Right of Withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for:
- goods made to the consumer’s specifications or clearly personalised,
- goods that are not prefabricated and manufactured according to an individual choice or request,
- delivery of newspapers, magazines or journals (except subscription contracts).
