Do I need an account to place an order?

Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
If your order has not yet been processed or shipped, contact us as soon as possible by e-mail. Because orders may be prepared quickly, changes cannot always be guaranteed.

Returns & Exchanges
Can I return a product?
Yes. You have the right to withdraw from the contract within 30 days without giving any reason.
How long do I have to send the return back?
After informing us about your withdrawal, you must send the goods back no later than 14 days from that date.
Who pays for the return shipping cost?
The direct cost of returning the goods is paid by the customer.
When will I receive my refund?
Refunds are processed without delay and no later than 14 days after we receive your withdrawal notice. We may wait until we receive the returned goods or proof of return shipment, whichever comes first.
How will my refund be issued?
